Sloe Motion 7C+, Warton Crag

Another example of a really good problem hiding in plain sight, I’ve added a new problem on the Plumb Butrress of Warton Pinnacle Crag.

Sloe Motion (7C+), starts sitting in the pit below The Plumbline. From here make a big move to the double-handed jug, then swing left via poor holds just above the lip and small undercuts below, to a do-or-die lunge for the cinch-jug in the base of the hanging crack. Use this to pull over the lip and into the upper portion of The Big Plum. Packs in loads of great climbing.

Incidentally, the 7B+ direct sitter to The Big Plumb (The Bigger Plum), courtesy of Sam Radcliffe is also a bit of forgotten gem and well worth some attention.
