Stonestar Boulders

Stonestar Crag BouldersArea Summary

Stonestar is the first decent sized and obvious crag you will encounter, next to the road, as your drive up the southern end of the Duddon Valley, i.e. from the turn off the main road after Broughton in Furness.

From a bouldering perspective this is a minor crag offering but a handful of problems. That said, the problems which are there are quite good and as they by the road make for a pleasant distraction on your way in or out of the valley. In particular Laterality (7B+/V8) is a fine line which will be well appreciated by all fans of sloping traverses.
