Heysham Head

Area Summary

An esoteric spot on the Lancashire coast, just south of the seaside town of Morecambe. Whilst the area is purely a local's spot, it can offer some interesting sport if caught in good condition - winter, after a prolonged cold dry spell. The rock is a coarse grained sandstone with a low cohesion value, so stay clear after wet weather.

No one sector can be recommended outright as offering most of the best lines. However, all areas offer at least one or two good problems: Boogaloo Shrimp, Atomic Garden, Above the Royal Flake, Stardust, Discohesion are Spider-mans Toxic Sunday are the standout lines.
